Marseilles-based carrier CMA CGM is modifying the rotation of its Caribbean – ECSA ‘BRAZEX’ service with the addition of a second Argentinan call at Zarate, which the French line describes as ‘mainly dedicated to local Reefer market’.
The 2,556 teu EM CORFU will inaugurate the new rotation, which also sees the Recife call being removed. The changes take effect immediately.
The new rotation reads:
Manaus, Suape, Santos, Zarate, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Rio Grande, Itajai, Paranagua, Rio de Janeiro, Santos, Salvador, Port of Spain, Kingston, Cartagena, Manzanillo, Manaus.
The service turns in nine weeks with one blank sailing and an average weekly capacity of 1,800 teu.
