Evergreen today announced its participation as a slot partner on the recently opened ‘NHX’ Far East – ECSA service.
This new loop is operated by Hyundai, K-Line, PIL and NYK on a 94-day round trip. The service deploys a fleet of baby-overpanamax ships from K-Line (4,526 teu B-Bridge type), NYK (4,538 teu NYK-F type) and Hyundai (5,023 Hyundai-P type), whereas PIL contributes three panamax-beam ships of about 4,300 teu.
The ‘NHX’ calls at the following ports:
Busan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Rio de Janeiro, Santos, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Navegantes, Paranagua, Santos, Rio de Janeiro, Hong Kong, Busan.
Evergreen will join the service on 27 May with the sailing of K-Line’s BERLIN BRIDGE from Busan.
This move follows last Wednesday’s announcement, of major re-organisation in the Far East – ECSA trade.
