Hanjin takes slots on two Transpacific services

The Korean carrier Hanjin is strenghtening its Transpacific offer with additional slots on services:

  • as of end of April, Hanjin will participate in the North China – Long Beach service operated by Wan Hai and K Line. This fixed-day six-week rotation links the ports of Qingdao, Shanghai and Ningbo to Long Beach. The agreement however excludes Qingdao.
  • as of Mid May, Hanjin will also have a participation in the reopening Evergreen’s ‘CPS2’.

These slot agreements are preferred to the former agreement, branded ‘CUX’, on Yang ming’s far East – WCNA, which Hanjin discontinued in June 2012.
